At MegaLLM, we strive to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be requested and processed for our paid services.
Refund Eligibility
We understand that there might be valid reasons to request a refund when it comes to MegaLLM paid features. In all cases, refunds are given at our sole discretion.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of providing the service.
Valid Refund Scenarios
In case of receipt of service disruptions or platform defects, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained once our technical team has checked and determined the issue at our end.
Service quality issues should be reported within 7 days of the incident or purchase date.
If there are technical issues that prevent you from accessing the service as intended, we will investigate and provide appropriate resolution.
Refund Processing Time
In case of any refunds approved by MegaLLM, it will take 9-15 business days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Refund Denial Conditions
We will not provide any refund if:
• You have been flagged by our anti-spam or fraud prevention system
• We suspend or terminate your access to MegaLLM for violation of our Terms of Service
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or usage
• You engage in disrespectful behavior towards our staff or other users
• You use MegaLLM in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose or our Terms of Service
• You have not utilized the service for more than 12 hours after purchase and are requesting a refund for non-usage
Important Notes
Refunds are processed at our sole discretion and each request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Subscription services must be cancelled before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
API credits that have been consumed cannot be refunded.
Promotional credits, bonus tokens, or free tier usage are not eligible for refunds.
